The crew was outstanding. They worked well past supper and in the dark to ensure project was complete. I was expecting a simple tank cleaning after being in the house for a couple of years. Turns out the septic system was neglected for many years which resulted in a longer drain time and new parts to be installed. Aaron and his crew did an amazing job! Showed up earlier than expected, were polite and professional. He was upfront about pricing and explained the problem in detail to where I could understand. He was very personable, and professional. He explained the problem; he did not make any promises or guarantees but was very confident that his work fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the work of Sargeant Rooter. They did a superb job on my tank that I had a lot of problems with tree roots. They were patient with me and walked me through the process that I needed to go through to get rid of my problem. They also did excellent on cleaning up afterwards.
